No, you cannot retroactively ask for time off. It must be in advance.

Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Day

When do I have to use my hours?

All hours except for 5 hours, will expire on December 31st of every year.
Be sure to use your hours before then or they will expire

What happens if I have used my allotted amount of PTO hours, will I be able to accrue more?

  • If you have worked with GRC up to 2 years, you can accrue up to 30 hours

  • If you have worked with GRC for more than 2 years, you can accrue up to 60 hours

  • Once those maximum hours have been reached you cannot accrue any more for that calendar year

If I resign, will I be paid my PTO balance?

No, per our policy we do not pay out any remaining PTO balance.

Can I use PTO for sick days?

Yes, if communicated when you submit time off
